Passing through Auxerre, we wanted to eat a croque monsieur, and we weren't disappointed by Tarticroq... Impeccable and attentive service, generous portions of andouillette and Chablis cheese croque monsieur. A great find and a great place to recommend.

Great restaurant. I had the Honey Chicken Tartine last time I came, and today I had the pulled pork croque monsieur. It was excellent. The croque monsieurs are served with a very crispy vegetable skewer. The portions are generous, and you definitely won't leave hungry. The service is very pleasant and friendly. The desserts are also delicious. The apple and caramel dessert is incredible. Everything is perfectly balanced. We'll be back soon!

I went there on a Thursday for three people. The restaurant had a warm and friendly atmosphere. The beef tartine was very good and generous, with plenty of choices. The vegetarian tartine was very refreshing, and the daily special tartine with beautiful, generous pieces of fig was also a great option. For dessert, there were many choices: the red fruit crumble with fresh fruit was excellent, and the apple caramel tartine was super delicious. A great place to have a good time and enjoy a delicious meal.

The croque monsieur here was incredibly good. No lacking on the cheese. The craving we had was well and truly met here. The other plates that came out for different dinners all looked amazing too. We had it with a glass of aligote and it was a great accompaniment. The owner was absolutely fantastic. Very welcoming, cheery and super kind. If you’re in Auxerre, this is a must try.
