A truly enchanting interlude! We were already familiar with the establishment before its evolution into this new concept combining an intimate restaurant and guest rooms. What a joy to return and see Olivier and Pierre again! The welcome is as warm and attentive as ever, giving the impression of being received as guests rather than mere customers. Dinner was a genuine pleasure, with refined dishes bursting with flavor, prepared with great talent and passion. The guest room itself is magnificent, tastefully decorated and offering all the necessary comforts to extend this wonderful experience. The new, more intimate format also allows for greater interaction and conviviality, which we particularly appreciated. A huge thank you to Olivier and Pierre for their kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. We were delighted with our stay and are already looking forward to returning!

A true culinary gem in Auxerre! For our first stop in Auxerre, we couldn't have dreamed of a more delightful gastronomic surprise. Le Jardin Gourmand transported us with a perfectly balanced seasonal menu, where the purity of the ingredients is combined with exquisitely delicate flavors. Each dish is a work of art in itself, with presentations so creative and meticulous that they seem almost too beautiful to eat. The experience was all the more memorable because the setting is absolutely magnificent, offering an intimate and timeless atmosphere. The whole experience is enhanced by impeccable service, at once professional, attentive, and discreet. Book without hesitation!

To celebrate our retirement, we were treated to dinner at this restaurant we hadn't been to before. The place is warm and very intimate. Every painting, every knick-knack has its own story. We felt right at home. We had a truly delightful evening thanks to Olivier's incredibly friendly welcome and Pierre's exquisite and delicious cuisine. We left with our taste buds delighted and our heads full of wonderful memories.
