This hotel needs renovation. The TV didn't work properly. Ibis Styles hotels are now better than this Mercure. It's a shame because the food (breakfast) is good.

The hotel was fine, the best thing about it was the on-site restaurants, both brasserie and gourmet.

The room was a decent size but dated...the window wasn't airtight, so there was traffic noise; the soundproofing in the rooms was poor, especially in the bathroom.

The staff is welcoming and very friendly. My reservation was made directly at reception because the receptionist forgot to confirm it. Everyone is smiling, which is rare these days. The restaurant/brasserie offers good value for money. The meals are generous and of high quality.

We had a wonderful New Year's Eve (dinner, atmosphere, room, brunch, efficient and professional staff). We'd love to do it again.

19/02/2026: We were very disappointed not to see the waiter again, a very friendly and energetic young man, but it's still a very good bar for a cocktail!
