Excellent value for money. The meal was superb from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. We highly recommend it.

A very warm welcome and excellent value for money. The room was functional and clean. On-site parking. The breakfast was very varied, with high-quality products. We will definitely return if we are ever in Luxeuil-les-Bains.

Honestly, I've never seen such a beautiful and luxurious hotel for this price. The welcome was incredible, warm, and very professional. This hotel needs renovation. The TV didn't work properly. Ibis Styles hotels are now better than this Mercure. It's a shame because the food (breakfast) is good.

The hotel was fine, the best thing about it was the on-site restaurants, both brasserie and gourmet.

The room was a decent size but dated...the window wasn't airtight, so there was traffic noise; the soundproofing in the rooms was poor, especially in the bathroom.

The staff is welcoming and very friendly. My reservation was made directly at reception because the receptionist forgot to confirm it. Everyone is smiling, which is rare these days. The restaurant/brasserie offers good value for money. The meals are generous and of high quality.

The hotel is decent but not up to the "Mercure" brand standard. The services offered are more in line with an Ibis hotel.
