A wonderful discovery! Creative and high-quality cuisine in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Lucas, who manages the service, is not only a true professional and offers excellent advice, but he's also incredibly kind and very funny. Flawless.

The evening menu was delicious, perfectly coordinated, and featured exciting combinations. My only slight reservation was about the non-alcoholic wine pairings; I would have preferred a classic wine. Definitely try the signature dessert! Excellent value for money. It was just a bit warm inside in July.

A delightful and charming place where you can feel the love and care put into every detail. It was a real pleasure to discover their signature chocolate dessert, undoubtedly one of the best I've ever tasted. The subtle combination of parsnip purée and coconut milk in the dessert is bold and perfectly executed. I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time at Acmé where everything was perfect. The dishes, bursting with flavor, were beautifully presented. We opted for the six-course tasting menu and the wine pairing, and we followed the recommendations of the waiter/sommelier. An unforgettable experience! Thank you 🙏

23/07/2026: Another excellent evening at Rooster! It wasn't our first time, and it's always a real pleasure to return. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is warm, and the food is consistently excellent. I particularly loved the bluefin tuna with its bell pepper sorbet: a combination that might seem unusual, but is simply delicious. A big thank you to Chef Frédéric Duca, who came to our table to present the dishes and share his passion with such simplicity and kindness. It's these little touches that make all the difference and make the experience even more enjoyable. Can't wait to come back!
