Adelphia sur Aix-Les-Bains

A very nice hotel with a spa and treatments where we had a great weekend. The bar and restaurant were perfect. The staff was very professional. I recommend it.

Hello! Room 301 from February 26th to 28th, 2026 Beautiful hotel...ideal location in Aix-les-Bains! Spacious and clean room...(despite a few minor details that need attention...especially the towel warmer which wasn't properly secured). The spa and wellness area is truly excellent! We chose the Zen package for couples at €75 per person, which included a meal, massage, and access to the spa – a truly wonderful experience. The meal was delicious: roasted leeks with kiwi sauce and pork chop with parsnips – a lovely combination. Special mention goes to the glass of Gascon wine and the homemade chocolate mousse. The invigorating back massage was incredibly beneficial; thank you to Tallia and Lenna for their professionalism. Access to the spa was pleasant as it was relatively quiet on Wednesday. We will gladly return.

We had a wonderful stay at the Adelphia during our return to France! The welcome was impeccable and the rooms were very nice. We also loved the spa and the breakfast! Thank you for this lovely stay.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and everything was perfect. Everything is designed to ensure you feel welcome. The spa is incredible, and the room was clean and very comfortable. The only slight drawback was the price of the restaurant compared to the portion sizes! But it was still very good!

The hotel is located on the lakefront, and the spa area is very good, quite large, perfect for short stays.

Ideal location, warm welcome. The room is spacious, however, for the price, I expected a higher level of quality for a supposedly 4-star hotel: the mattress is thin and therefore not at all comfortable for a king size! There's an insulation problem as condensation forms on the windows. I'm a bit of a clean freak, so the cleaning left much to be desired; there were dirty corners, and the finishing touches need improvement. I would give it 2 stars. On the other hand, the spa is fantastic! I regret having spent €200 on its services; a 4-star hotel should be flawless, and that's not the case here!

Hello, I am very disappointed with the hotel. I spoke to someone on the phone and asked for a quote for a stay from February 27th to March 1st. I was given a price of €437.60. Upon arrival at the hotel, we booked our stay, but when it came time to pay the bill, the price was almost €100 more. I wanted to return at the beginning of April, but due to this error, I will cancel my stay. Furthermore, I had planned to book a stay for my son, but I won't be able to. Too many changes in the prices are a real shame.

A one-night stay at this 4-star hotel with a beautiful lake view. The room was comfortable and the staff were generally very friendly. Unfortunately, several things marred the experience. At the restaurant, the fish and chips were very oily and the fish was unseasoned. The poke bowl had undercooked rice, still a bit raw and waterlogged. This is not the standard expected for this category. I had specified twice that I could not consume chocolate (at lunch and then for breakfast in my room). Despite this, I was served a dessert containing chocolate, followed by two chocolate croissants the next morning. Mistakes happen, but two in a row indicate an internal communication problem. The most disappointing aspect was the spa: green moss was present around the pools, and small larvae were visible on the edge. This was unsettling, and we didn't dare return.
