Two nights at this spa hotel.
Positive points: attentive staff, quality service, and the room with the lake view was simply magnificent. The spa area is very pleasant but not sufficiently restricted to non-hotel guests, and you quickly find yourself in a public swimming pool rather than a wellness area. I highly recommend the massage treatments; they are good value for money for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

I've been to the Adelphia spa many times for massages, and I wanted to share the experience with my daughter. What a disappointment! The water in the spa area was much colder than usual. My massage was excellent, as always, but my daughter's was far too rushed, lacking the same care, attention, and overall service. For €80 a massage, one expects much better! She was very disappointed, especially considering it was her first time...

I was able to stay two nights at this hotel, where we had an excellent stay. The spa is lovely, and the staff is welcoming.
We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel restaurant, served by the welcoming and very professional Éloïse. The same goes for the person who greeted us at breakfast, who even went around the table refilling our pastries with a smile and genuine kindness—something that's become very rare these days!
The only downside was that we couldn't use the pool due to an aquagym class.

The hotel shows signs of age, and the decor lacks refinement and attention to detail. The spa area is small and requires swim briefs, a detail not mentioned beforehand.
However, the bedding is of superior quality, and the king-size bed is a definite plus.
We recommend choosing a room on the third floor or higher for an unobstructed view.
Value for money: overpriced!

I spent two nights there, it was very pleasant! The rooms are quite large, the furniture is good quality, the beds are very comfortable, and the TV works very well (that's not always the case...). The lake view is superb, but it's a shame they charge extra for the view when the base prices aren't exorbitant, but they're not cheap either. Still, a very good experience, thank you! I hope to return very soon!

A very nice hotel with a spa and treatments where we had a great weekend. The bar and restaurant were perfect. The staff was very professional. I recommend it.

Room 301 from February 26th to 28th, 2026
Beautiful hotel...ideal location in Aix-les-Bains!
Spacious and clean room...(despite a few minor details that need attention...especially the towel warmer which wasn't properly secured).
The spa and wellness area is truly excellent!
Perhaps it would be a good idea to add a tray holder in the breakfast room... ;)
