I went to After Fly with my friends for New Year's Eve. We had a fantastic evening! The menu was a delight, featuring high-quality, expertly prepared dishes. The atmosphere was also great, with a dance party and a DJ. We'll definitely be back.

It's a bit of a drive for those from the Loire region, especially those from Saint-Étienne, but what a beautiful place! What a peaceful and cozy setting. The new owner, young but visionary, does everything to satisfy his clientele. This place is magical, whether you're with friends, a loved one, a group of 15 to 120 people, attending corporate seminars, weddings, or company meals. The setting and the entire kitchen team, the heart of this establishment, will continue to surprise you. The restaurant business is founded on pleasure, sharing, and innovation, like a celebration, like a family gathering. The whole team is incredibly attentive. Having spent many years in the restaurant industry, come and discover this setting and this homemade cuisine by a dynamic young chef. I don't know if there are still places available for New Year's Day, but I'll be there hoping to have a wonderful evening celebrating the new year. Best of luck to the new owner and his entire team!
