We returned to this restaurant for a romantic dinner... Always pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, we always have a lovely time. However, this time again, even with a hefty bill, coffee wasn't offered, nor was a small digestif requested. It's a shame about this little gesture, which is becoming increasingly rare and is always appreciated.
We received a warm welcome, with menus arriving very quickly. The dishes arrived promptly as well, and everything was delicious. We weren't disappointed. It's not our first time here, and several years later, it's still just as good 👌👍. The only slight criticism I would make is that with a bill of almost €100 for two, the single coffee we ordered could have been offered, or perhaps a small digestif. 😔 While it's not obligatory, it's always a nice touch, especially in keeping with our customs here in Corsica. Apart from that, the quality of the food and service is excellent.

From the outside, the restaurant doesn't give away the welcoming interior, especially the outdoor pergola. The waiter who served us was very friendly. You can sample Corsican and French cuisine. We specifically ordered a fondue bourguignonne, Roquefort entrecôte, zucchini beignets (zucchini meatballs), and wild boar pâté. All dishes were generous and served with matching sides. Finally, we sampled a Corsican dessert made with ricotta and lemon: a delight. Everything was delicious and made to order. Corsican folk songs could be heard in the background. Highly recommended, excellent value for money. Don't let the exterior fool you.

One of the few remaining traditional Corsican trattorias. Typical dishes include wild boar pâté, fillet steak with Roquefort cheese, and fondue bourguignonne, not to mention the fried dishes. The restaurant is simple, with excellent cuisine and generous portions; just one dish is enough for lunch or dinner. Prices range between €25 and €30 per person.

While on holiday in the area, we wanted to enjoy a charcuterie and cheese board featuring local cheeses, so we tried the restaurant L'Agnone.
A wonderful discovery! The service was simple and friendly, the food was excellent, and the setting was intimate and themed. A place we highly recommend, thank you for this lovely experience! 🙏
