Very nice staff, always genuinely helpful. Good breakfast, good food in the restaurant. Very good cleaning of the room. The parking was also good, large spaces, easy to get in and out of. It is recommended to book a space in the parking lot. For us the location was perfect, a short walk from the older parts of Bastia is necessary when the food is so good. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We spent the last evening of our 2026 Sardinia & Corsica road trip with six guys at the Best Western Hotel – and we couldn't have wished for a better ending. We felt welcome the moment we arrived. The hotel is modern, clean, and very cozy, the rooms were fantastic, and the food was simply delicious. We had a wonderful meal and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. A very special thank you goes to Rares at reception, as well as to Nadine and Florence – the three of them truly made our stay special and absolutely deserve this rating. Rares was incredibly friendly from the start, always in a good mood, and always ready to help. You could immediately tell that he does his job with a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm. Florence was a real stroke of luck for us, as she's from Germany, which meant we could communicate perfectly. With her warm, open, and friendly nature, she immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. Furthermore, she truly fulfilled our every wish at dinner – you could tell she put a lot of effort into making sure her guests felt completely comfortable. This made our last evening even more special. And Nadine was simply incredibly friendly and full of positive energy. We laughed so much together and sometimes even communicated with gestures – it's precisely these funny and genuine moments that make a stay unforgettable. Her relaxed and warm personality made us feel right at home. Thank you for this wonderful stay and the perfect end to our road trip. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back. A warm welcome in a pleasant establishment. Impeccable cleanliness. Beautiful, spacious room with a small loggia furnished with a table and chairs. A kettle, instant coffee sticks, and tea bags were provided. A small refrigerator and a sofa bed that converts into an extra bed were also available. Due to bad weather, we arrived early and were given a room sooner. Thank you for this courtesy, which allowed us to dry off after our ride in the rain from the nearby port. Meals are available on-site. Attentive service. Garage is available for an additional fee. The only slight drawback is its location on a roundabout. Very good for an overnight stop. Thank you to the helpful and welcoming staff.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect: the kindness of all the staff, the breakfast, the rooms... Absolutely nothing to complain about, truly a beautiful place with lovely people!

Comfortable rooms with well-insulated windows (important given the traffic in the roundabout at the foot of the hotel). Well-thought-out amenities and decor. Underground parking is practically essential in Bastia. Remember to reserve your space (8 EUR/day).

We stayed at the Best Western for one night with a large group. The hotel is perfect if you need to catch an early ferry, as it's very close to the port. The early breakfast starting at 6:00 a.m. was especially convenient and perfectly adequate for the price. The rooms were clean, spacious, and overall very comfortable. The only downside was the air conditioning, as it was quite warm in the rooms despite the low outside temperatures. Overall, a good, functional hotel for a short stay.

The room is large and clean, the bed is comfortable, and the coffee is good too.

I stayed for two days on a business trip. The staff were very attentive, the room was very pleasant with excellent bedding. I recommend it and will return for future trips.
