Fast and efficient service, delicious food at affordable prices. The only thing that could be improved is the restaurant's ambiance. Aji Sushi remains a Japanese restaurant I recommend in Aix.

The welcome and service were excellent, the portions were generous, and the prices very reasonable. Unfortunately, I found the dishes rather bland and lacking in flavor. A shame, because the whole experience was very promising.

16/05/2026: Very good. The waitress was very pleasant. It's a shame it was so smoky; the ventilation is too weak. My eyes stung. Other customers were coughing. And the Lacoste wine wasn't good. I'm looking for improvement. Please don't take this the wrong way.
