Nous apprécions AKYNATA depuis quelques années ( service sympathique, de bon conseil), des produits très frais (Sashimis).
J’essaye de temps en temps de varier et de goûter d’autres plats qu’un menu Sashimi … jamais déçu ! Tout est bon et de gros efforts pour garder le budget du client raisonnable 👌

The only downside: staff who are sometimes a little caught off guard (the establishment's desire to stay "with family") which adds a lot of waiting time between arrival, taking the order and the arrival of the dishes.
For an establishment that regularly asks its customers to leave a rating on Google, the message does not seem to be getting through.
It would rather be appropriate to reduce the chips offered at the aperitif and the shots of Sake offered at the end of the meal (when this is the case) to improve the service which only lacks this element to obtain the 5th star.
I am a regular at this restaurant, I am about twenty kilometers from this restaurant and I continue to return there. Excellent Japanese like you rarely find in the suburbs.
You can go there with your eyes closed, the managers are super friendly, the dishes are excellent for very good value for money.
Special note for the vegetarian menu which is the best vegetarian menu I have had so far, it is super substantial, complete and delicious!
