Al Boustan sur Paris

15/12/2025: An extraordinary experience at Le Wagon Bleu, an authentic 1925 Orient Express carriage in the heart of Paris! Despite the crowds, the welcome was incredibly warm. There were four of us, and they managed to seat us at two small, quiet tables at the back of the carriage, making the experience even more enjoyable. The Corsican cuisine is excellent: we tried Monsieur Abbatucci's veal sausage and Maison Montale's pork shoulder—a true delight. For wine, I highly recommend the Tranoï Rouge from Domaine Santamaria. The real treat came with dessert: we chose the Corsican Tiramisu and Pastizzu… a truly indulgent experience! A wonderful evening that we would love to repeat, thanks to the atmosphere, the food, and the unique charm of the place.

14/12/2025: The restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere with its train carriage theme. The cocktail was good, the main course with its fragrant fig flavor was divine, and the dessert was a super delicious fondant. The staff is smiling, friendly, and welcoming.
