Al Fornello sur La Madeleine

Honestly, the pizzas here go beyond the "pizza" dish and it is more a food adventure of some sort.

The best pizzas in the city, without a doubt. We've been getting our pizzas exclusively from Al Fornello for two years now, and we've introduced it to all our friends and family, and everyone loves it. Always on time, always excellent quality, and the pizzas are always served piping hot. Thank you for existing! 😍

If you walk on Avenue Saint-Maur between 7pm and 9pm you will see that most people are carrying 2 or more pizza boxes, never just one! Al Fornello team and master chef Ciro Panella are making the best pizzas and very rightfully have the titles. No fussiness, no different sizes, just simply the best dough and ingredients made with care and attention. Don’t hesitate to order extra one because it taste great even the next day if you re heat in the oven. Now we know why property prices in Madeleine are skyrocketing it’s because of Al Fornello pizza 🫶🤌🍕

Tried it for the first time tonight, we loved it! Simple, tasty pizzas that really hit the spot. Living only 10 minutes away, it won't be the last time!

We came here tonight by chance, but I had seen the reviews beforehand. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely come back when we return to La Madeleine. The 15-minute wait was well worth it.

Very pleasant and efficient team

I'm not usually a fan of takeaway pizza... Once you get home, the lukewarm pizza is of average quality after reheating in the oven. It's completely different at Al Fornello. The toppings (I had the Four Cheese) and the Neapolitan dough are absolutely perfect. I highly recommend it! 👌🏼 Thanks to the team.

We ordered some pizzas to go and they were absolutely delicious! The quality of the ingredients was great, the dough was fantastic and perfectly cooked as well. I didn’t see the restaurant myself but my friends say it’s a lovely place to go as well, so it’s 100% recommended.
