A very good Italian restaurant in Fontainebleau. Reservations are essential if you want a table; otherwise, arrive very early. The pizzas are very good, I love the salmon lasagna, although there was more green on the menu… It's quite noisy upstairs and there's not much seating. Otherwise, the restaurant is clean, and the service is quick depending on the time of day you eat.

Delicious food!!! We were a group of 6 people and tried: pasta with pesto and burrata, carbonara, and lasagna bolognese and salmon, all very well prepared and generously served. Regarding the service, we were seated and it took quite a while for a waiter to appear. I also had considerable difficulty making a reservation, as I sent messages both on Instagram and by email and received no response through either channel.
