The hotel is well located, the room is comfortable. The staff is available, discreet, efficient. The breakfasts were of high quality, there was no waste. Perfect maintenance and cleaning. This first stay left us with an excellent impression.

Very welcoming hostess, smiling and very caring upon our arrival. Our room was large, clean and very pretty. Quality bedding. Not noisy. We can hear the tram running if we really pay attention (not disturbing). No parking but possible to park nearby less than 5 minutes walk (paid space but green zone). Small negative point about the breakfast (good, correct choice but some small shortages like water, powdered sugar for the cottage cheese for example). Very sticky floor in the breakfast room.

The hotel is very well located, in a quiet area and a short walk from the center of Bordeaux. The staff is super attentive and pleasant. The only point against it is that we found the rooms a little small...for everything else we loved the hotel.

We were very well received by efficient and very friendly staff. The hotel is well maintained. It is well located, close to the historic center which is accessible on foot or by tram.

Comfortable hotel, located a few blocks from the historic center and allows you to walk around the city on foot. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is of good quality.

The rooms are clean and spacious. We stayed 2 nights and our room was not redone nor our towels replaced even though they were wet. We had to take some in the evening when we got home on the trolley in the hallway. In terms of breakfast, no scrambled egg, no bacon, the bread not covered with a towel to be cut without touching it. I was expecting the same breakfast as the Ibis Tolbiac in Paris, I was disappointed.

We had some issues with our room (as a defective light in the bathroom) but they were quick to respond and change the room for us. The receptionists were kind. And it was clean overall

Chouette endroit pour y déguster une assiette de jambon ibérique avec des copeaux de parmesan, puis une salade de chèvre croustillant. Le tout accompagné d un bon cocktail. Le service est top et à l écoute Belle découverte

Great value hotel, very easy to access from the airport, take the Tram, Line A (purple) to Granieres (pardon the spelling) but it's the stop after the rugby stadium. Once you get off the tram, it is across the road, about 200 metres away. Easy Peasy. Hotel rooms are very well appointed and friendly helpful staff. An adjoining restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
