Was in Clermont-Ferrand for Business. Sampled the local cuisine and this was the absolute best meal I had the entire trip. Phenomenal flavors, with excellent wine and great company made for an absolutely amazing experience. Had visited 5 years ago, and was glad I returned.

A restaurant that you have to try... Subdued atmosphere made of wood, glass and steel. Cuisine worthy of home (in a much better version) with fresh, tasty products. Finally, some good advice to accompany good food with a very good wine.

Perfect, the bistronomic menu is very elaborate, lots of flavor, great, we had a great time! 😊 a wine list for every budget. We will come back with pleasure.

We had the vegetarian menu and every course was delightful. And my new favorite white wine. Service was excellent. Prices all were reasonable for what we got.

Wonderful discovery in the city center.. the setting.. the attention of the chef and his perfect collaborator.. the exquisite decoration.. and the traditional bistro menu Original starter with an iodized taste... a beautiful piece of red meat totally highlighted All products are regional and authentic And this dessert... farm milk enhanced with blueberries. A delicious little crunch... this sorbet and the paroxysm of happiness. this bitter flower which totally counterbalances this subtle sweet balance... A marvel... well done to you and see you soon

25/11/2024: Special mention to the staff who don't put their hands in their pockets. Beyond that, a nice card that leaves you with a choice. One of the best addresses around Place de Jaude.
