Restaurante simples, que tem no “Aligot” seu carro-chefe. Pode ser servido com a linguiça de Toulouse, com uma coxa de pato ou com os dois. Serviço atencioso e preço justo. Nós gostamos muito da comida e do atendimento.

Very good cassoulet near the Place du Capitole. I find the aligot a little too liquid for my taste. The desserts come from a pastry shop and are very good.

I order from them every time I want to eat an aligot sausage, it's the best I've ever eaten every time I enjoy it! Thank you for your little note today, it warms my heart after my motorcycle accident 🫶🏻

While in Toulouse, we wanted to have some authentic food! There are lots of Italian pizza plsces, tapas bars and ethnic but French food is harder to come by. This place did not disappoint. My son had cassoulet and was so full there was no space for pudding! Great wine too and I had sausage.
