When you arrive, you go to the turntable, you put in the tractor number, a ticket comes out, it's like a pass through the turntable and shower, you need to bake them, also before leaving, we go to the window to the left of the turntable around the corner to the right, payment and departure. You can take as many tickets as you want.

This parking lot is very good, as are the services such as the restaurant and restrooms. The only drawback, and the reason for the three-star rating, is this: For truckers like myself who haven't chosen to operate refrigerated trucks, I think it would be easy to share the space by marking a zone on the ground for other trucks to park. Since this has become their territory for refrigerated trucks, a little discipline would be welcome. Most of them unplug their trucks, which is prohibited, and spread out across the entire parking lot, leaving no quiet place to sleep. At the price of parking, this is unacceptable. Please take the necessary steps.

I have parked here for several times during last year. Never had an issue with anything at all. Call me weird but I do love the food at the restaurant. To many options for a truck stop. And it's well secured. Love it.

Parked here for years and never had any issue. Got a burger and chips today and the burger was freezing, instead of getting it back on the grill it was put in a microwave and was still raw. Such a shame as never had any issue before

Overall, the parking is good. Large, clean area that is guarded 24/7. There are washing machines and dryers, very few for such a large parking lot, there are always long queues on weekends, but they are there and that's good. There is a cafe and a mini market 👍 I have a question about the WOMEN'S SHOWER !!?? It is alone and not equipped at all and inconvenient. WATER is always cold!!! And this issue needs to be resolved somehow. Also, please consider installing a mirror there (above the sink) and at least hooks for clothes, ideally a shelf for shampoos, etc. Because you go into the shower and don't know where to put your clothes and shower things, even if you put them on the floor. It's very inconvenient. Thank you

Great parking lot, but unfortunately a complete mess! Too many unhooked refrigerators and single tractors taking up other spaces! Foreigners do whatever they want and monopolize the parking lot. Not to mention the noise generated by these refrigerators all night long; it's a nightmare to sleep there... The restaurant is nice, though, and the staff in general are too.... Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone sensitive to noise or sleep.
