I just read some rather harsh reviews about this restaurant, which they don't deserve. The concept is simple: a meal centered around potatoes, served by a canal on the Somme River in a very pleasant neighborhood of Amiens. Dessert and cheese are included with the main course in the set menu, and this is clearly stated, so I don't understand the criticism. The servers were friendly and attentive despite the tables being full on a beautiful summer evening.

The food and service were adequate, but when it came time to pay, the waiter said he didn't accept digital holiday vouchers because "he didn't want the hassle of paperwork," even though he was supposed to. Therefore, I don't recommend this place to people who use holiday vouchers.

We were passing through Amiens for a day and stopped at a restaurant on the quays in the Saint-Leu district. The restaurant has a pleasant setting on the banks of the Somme, and the staff and owner are attentive, friendly, and smiling. The dishes are generous and of good quality. Don't hesitate to order the ficelle picarde (a savory crepe). The prices are very reasonable. Thank you to the team for this enjoyable experience. Best of luck!

23/04/2026: Having just arrived, we had our first meal in Amiens to kick off our trip. What a pleasant surprise! It felt like a place frequented by regulars, where the owner clearly takes good care of them. The dishes were homemade and served in generous portions. And the fries... absolutely delicious! This brasserie lives up to everything you'd expect from a brasserie! What more could you ask for?! We even recommend it for a quick coffee during the day! Thank you for this wonderful discovery!
19/03/2026: We went for a drink this afternoon. Thierry, the waiter, was super friendly, very kind and helpful. Great atmosphere.
