The service was fantastic, the staff were welcoming and smiling. A real pleasure! The rooms were clean and recently renovated. No complaints whatsoever. Excellent value for money.

Excellent service, room, and restaurant

It's a shame to book a 160cm bed online only to end up in a 140cm bed...

A very pleasant hotel and a great restaurant. They are located right next to the airport and not far from the city center. A perfect location for starting the Biarritz marathon. We would like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the receptionist. Thank you again! We will be back.

I received a very warm welcome. There's nothing to complain about, it was fantastic!

Stayed here the night before we flew back to Dublin. I had hurt my knee badly doing the Camino and the lovely girl on reception let us put our rucksacks in storage well before checking in time. They were very helpful. The room was extremely clean . Meal was lovely and an excellent breakfast at 6 am. Few minutes walk to the airport..brilliant!!

I wish to leave this review on behalf of my parents. They had booked a stay at this hotel but unfortunately had to cancel due to a death in our family. During this difficult time, the hotel staff demonstrated great kindness, understanding, and compassion. We wanted to sincerely thank them for their attitude and professionalism. It truly deserves 5 stars.

Perfect welcome. Refurbished room with excellent bedding. We pass through Birritz twice a year and we will definitely book this hotel again.
