We stayed at this hotel on February 14 with friends to see the start of the 4l trophy where our boys are participating. Very nice home. Hearty lunch and very pleasant staff. I recommend it if you are in this magnificent region.

Great hotel with new decor in the restaurant/breakfast room and welcome! Used to the place for my professional trips. Top notch staff!!! welcoming, smiling, professional, communicative… Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable bedding. Restaurant good food and full breakfast. I really recommend you will not regret the Sure Hotel Biarritz Aeroport experience. Whether alone, with family or in a group.

A very well located hotel next to the airport so for all departures/arrivals, it is perfect. Just 10 minutes from the center of Biarritz (easily accessible by bus right next door), comfortable rooms with very good bedding, a good TV screen and everything you need in the bathroom (shampoo, hair dryer, wifi, etc.). ..). A restaurant and breakfast with a wide choice and truly exquisite. And the most important point, a truly extraordinary team, very welcoming and jovial!! I recommend this hotel with my eyes closed.

Perfect welcome, all the staff are pleasant and smiling. Evening meals were great, we ate well. Breakfast with everything you need for all tastes. We stayed two nights, we had a problem with the TV which only showed Spanish channels, they quickly remedied the problem by changing rooms for the second night. If we come back to the area, we will choose this hotel again which is well located.

Room was very small. No plug socket by the bed for husband's CPAP machine but staff member did provide an extension from the bathroom plug which meant that the bathroom light couldn't be switched on in the night. Restaurant was closed so breakfast had to be taken in room but no extra chair provided. Stairs to upper floors outside and no lift. Staff were friendly but had to wait in the rain for reception to open for about 15 minutes. Plenty of parking. We were driving so proximity to airport not important to us. Very little provided in way of milk and sugar to make a drink in the room. Bed was too hard for me. Would not return to this hotel. Was disappointed as Best Western hotels in the USA are very good.

Parfait! Personnel très aimable, prix attractifs, propre, confortable, parking gratuit et excellente situation pour visiter Bayonne et Biarritz... l'arrêt de bus est à minutes à pied avec lignes directes 4 (Bayonne) et 36 (Biarritz), pas besoin de prendre la voiture! Le restaurant est en travaux pour le moment mais nous avions été prévenus plusieurs fois au préalable, le personnel à été très proactif. Je recommande vivement, un grand merci pour ce séjour !!!

Baño adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida, habitación amplia y confortable.

Petite chambre sans prétention, parfait lors de déplacement dans la région...par contre petit bémol, bien que proche de l'aéroport manque tt de même d'indications.
