A huge thank you to Lina and Dounia for their excellent service and warm welcome. We had a wonderful time. The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. 12/10/2026: Seafood option this Monday at lunchtime: sea bream tartare with Corsican bottarga, toasted sesame oil, avocado, coriander, Espelette pepper, and lime; remarkable squid ink risotto with citron and calamari; Mediterranean sea bass with saffron-infused carrot reduction, vegetable tian with maquis herbs, and black olive powder. A superb bottle of Canarelli's Costa Nera 2020: 100% Carcaghjolu Neru, the emblematic grape variety of southern Corsica, ideally expressed by the granite terroir of Figari. French toast from Cervione spread with nuciola, homemade canistrelli crumbles, and vanilla ice cream. To crown this feast, liqueurs from the L. N. Mattei distillery (citron, nepita...). Very attentive service, generous with helpful advice. I can't think of a better way to start the week!
06/10/2026: Excellent Corsican cuisine with delicious dishes. You can go there without hesitation.
