We received a very warm welcome despite our prior request for an upgrade (Accor Gold card) not being taken into account at check-in. Fortunately, this was quickly resolved by the receptionist. The free electric vehicle charging offered by the hotel is a real bonus, saving us time elsewhere! The restaurant food is good, and the service is very fast and efficient. The room (Privilege Suite) is truly excellent and spacious. We will definitely return during our regular trips across France.
