Well placed for business travel

Spacious and comfortable room, very clean, nothing is really missing. Hearty and very good breakfast, with room service on time! Restaurant on site: very pleasant and fast service, the dishes we had were good and the quality/price ratio was very good. Outdoor terrace, which must be very pleasant when the weather is nice. Team at the top! The lady who was at reception Sunday morning and the gentleman who was on night shift Saturday evening: special mention for their kindness and professionalism! Hotel very well located if you go to Eurexpo or Groupama Stadium. Ample free indoor and outdoor parking (which is rare these days). In short, I recommend and I will keep the address carefully for my next stay in the area ;-). A big thank you to the whole team !

Good breakfast, pleasant room staff However, not worth a 4 star. No remote control when we arrived in the room, a functioning diffuser forgotten in the room?, infiltration under the slab in our bathroom, strong smell of tobacco in the toilets, room on the first floor on the road side very noisy, which was very disagreeable. Basic room equipment. Given the price of the room and the inconvenience encountered, we will not return.

Hotel situé a qq km de l' aeroport, au calme. personnel professionel meme si la personne de la reception ne vous demande pas comment s est passe votre sejour et si le client a des remarques. La base pour ce type d établissement a 135e la nuit. Gd parking, gratuit, chambre propre, lit confortable. Siéges en tissu tachés qui ne vous invitent pas à vous y asseoir.... Grande sdb. Peinture ecaillée par endroit ds les toilettes, une commande de clim antédiluvienne sans instruction, donc tu ne sais pas si elle est en fonction.ou pas (Une fiche d instruction collée au mur serait utile) Ayant pris une Ch privilege, j ai une machine Nespresso. 4 pauvres capsules. J ai du en redemander au bar. Le bzrman n etait pas sur d en avoir!!!!! Apres un peu de recherche il en a trouvé ds un pot rempli de diverses choses! Pas de cuilleres pour touiller le café! Pas d indication si l eau et les softs ds le mini bar st payants ou gratuits. Pas de rideaux aux grandes fenetres, que des doubles rideaux que tu ne fermes pas de jour sinon tu es ds le noir total, ta chambre donnant sur des habitations a qq dizaines de metres. Le diner pris au restaurant quoique un peu cher etait tres bien. Bravo au chef et a l equipe de service, des jeunes tres pro et gentils. Le petit dejeuner etait diversifié et copieux. La encore une dame au service tres agreable et pro. Hotel bien placé, refait avec gout, qq améliorations a apporter et ce sera au niveau d un Mercure tout en ayant une vraie satisfaction client
