The reception was impeccable, the service attentive and responsive without being intrusive. The dishes lived up to expectations. Perhaps a touch of flair could have been added to a few plates. The truffle potato was excellent.

The food was very well executed and the service efficient. We were able to sample the six-course menu. Each dish was well-made, but we were disappointed by the lack of originality. There were no culinary surprises; everything was very traditional in flavor. For the price, the portions were also disappointing. This isn't the first Michelin-starred restaurant we've had the opportunity to visit, but it's the first one where we left still hungry. One small detail: tap water costs €3 per person... for this price/quantity ratio?... A shame.

It was a wonderful discovery! The cuisine is refined, the balance between flavors and textures is perfect! A true culinary work of art.
The two young servers were warm, smiling, yet discreet. The atmosphere is welcoming, you feel right at home. The decor is beautiful, without being over the top.
