12/07/2026: L’Ambroisie is that rare gem we all dream of having in our garden… Saturday evening, 6:45 pm, a spontaneous dinner: finding a table seemed like an impossible mission. After yet another rejection elsewhere, chance led us here without us knowing what to expect. Its Michelin star reassured us, and the incredibly warm welcome on the phone convinced us. And what a revelation! I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this time… "let's take the time." It was absolutely flawless from beginning to end. The team, exceptionally professional, took meticulous care of everything. On the plate and in the glass, it was pure poetry, enhanced by the words that accompanied each course of the meal—right down to the delicate "little cake that says goodbye" that we took home. Visually stunning, each bite is an explosion of flavors, a perfectly balanced combination that literally transported me. I hadn't experienced such a culinary revelation since my experience at Les Morainières (which has since earned its second star).
