Amor' mio sur Issy-Les-Moulineaux

We finally took the time to go to this Italian restaurant that had seemed promising. It all started so well: friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. However, we were extremely disappointed by the food served. We were expecting home-style cooking where we could almost feel Mama in the kitchen. Unfortunately, it turns out they used a poor choice of industrial product for the main ingredient on the menu: pasta. Frankly, the fact that it wasn't homemade is disappointing, but understandable if you don't want to put in the effort; but at least buy good quality pasta with flavor. Another important point would be to train your staff on how to cook pasta properly, as it was far too overcooked. I ordered pasta that was supposed to have a cream sauce, and unfortunately, the "cream" was 90% water released by the pasta and/or mushrooms. It's a shame to pay 19 euros for bland, overcooked pasta with a watery "sauce." For dessert, the tiramisu was a definite plus; it was very good. In short, the value for money isn't good, and, more importantly, the plate wasn't finished, and not because of the portion size.

La Locandina di Napoli is a wonderful Italian restaurant in Issy-les-Moulineaux, appreciated for its authentic cuisine and generous portions. What a great find this little Italian restaurant was! The food was excellent, the service was pleasant, and we had a wonderful time during our visit to Paris.

A real gem. Traditional, authentic, and homemade cuisine. No pretentious gastronomy here, but excellent everyday cooking, generous and expertly prepared. I highly recommend it.

It's very good, typical dishes that are hard to find, efficient and charming service. They accept restaurant cards in the evening. The only downside, but a significant one, is the smell of frying oil that permeates the restaurant (a problem with the extractor hood) and lingers on clothes and hair for a long time. After leaving my clothes outside for three days, the smell still persisted; I had to machine wash a coat and take my vinyl jacket to the dry cleaners. If the restaurant is reading this, please take this odor management issue into account.
