Amorino sur Bandol

An unpleasant experience due to poor service provided by a team of tired young people... The young woman at the till spoke curtly and pressured us to order our cups/cones as quickly as possible, even though it wasn't busy. The young people next to us, dedicated to making the ice cream, kept joking amongst themselves, sighing, and looking up at the sky, giving the impression that they were being forced to be where they were... The ice cream was good, but the ice cream parlors ten meters away were much more welcoming!

During a stroll yesterday, I decided to stop for an ice cream at this shop. I must say, the warm and friendly welcome, the attentive service from a young lady, and the superior quality of the product are truly remarkable! Thank you so much, I'll definitely be back soon! 😃😋

Excellent ice cream. The staff were very welcoming. It's also great to be able to try several flavors, even with a small cone. I highly recommend it.

A quick stop at Amorino today, and what a treat! Delicious ice cream, a warm welcome, and a truly delightful experience. In my opinion, it's simply the best ice cream. Thank you for this sweet treat that brightened my day!

The concept is really great: you choose the size of your tub and can customize your ice cream with as many flavors as you like. It's an excellent idea, and the ice cream is very good, with a wide variety of high-quality flavors. However, the service is quite inconsistent. The cashier was very pleasant, smiling, and professional. In contrast, the other two staff members clearly seemed unhappy to be there. They offered few smiles, little attention to the customers, and when we simply asked for two extra scoops for our daughters, their reactions (rolling their eyes and handing the ice cream to the wrong person without a smile) were frankly inappropriate. These are small details, but they affect the overall experience. It's a shame, because with a warmer welcome, the experience would be truly excellent. The ice cream is definitely worth the trip, but the service could be much better, with more smiles and attention.
