I ordered a Liège waffle with two scoops of ice cream, it was delicious. However, the hostess's service when taking our order left much to be desired. She wasn't friendly when we asked her to repeat herself because of the noise. The same person was there behind us...

Very good ice cream, generous scoops and plenty of choice despite the winter season. I chose vanilla and Norman shortbread ice cream. The only downside was the small and impractical wooden spoon (spatula).

Exceptional 👏 hot chocolate, but so much more! I've never tasted anything like it! You drink it with a spoon because it's so thick; add the homemade whipped cream and you're practically in paradise. I absolutely recommend it! Don't miss it at any price! The ice cream in summer is just as good! Cabourg, its beach, its casino, but 😋😋 above all, MAISON FLORIN!
