We no longer present this chain of ice cream and sometimes the audacity of their mixture. A bit expensive, a somewhat long queue, which stresses the employees somewhat. On the other hand, what a delight and what a superb opportunity to taste such ice creams in the old port of Marseille.

We meet our free walking tour of the "Old Town Marseille" and had a few minutes to spare before the tour started. Taking advantage of the free time and a need to use the restroom we decided to have two scoops of gelato from Amorino Cafe and of course use the restroom as clean "free" restrooms are do not appear to be readily available anywhere in Marseille. Anyhow, the lemon and chocolate gelato from Amorino was outstanding. My wife loves lemon and I love chocolate. The cafe was clean, the service was friendly and it was a great place to kick back and enjoy some people watching at the old port prior to our tour. Thank you Amorino and staff for making our breakfast gelato so memorable.
