My favorite ice cream shop and thank you to Ba who served us

It's a shame the room isn't air-conditioned, as it's quite unpleasant to eat ice cream in the heat. Fortunately, the ice cream is good.

Amorino Vieux Port: a place I love to visit, summer or winter, for a delicious ice cream cone. The recent reorganization is excellent, and there was virtually no wait. Thank you to Sarah, the thoughtful creator of a beautiful flower.

The young man gave us a warm welcome. He was friendly and welcoming. Nothing like his colleague who, when we placed a large order of milkshakes, rushed over and said, "Ugh, a large order of milkshakes!" The young woman didn't smile, she seemed annoyed. Not even friendly. Luckily his colleague was there. Because even the milkshakes weren't anything special.

Beautiful establishment and efficient service, but the overall experience is mixed. The sundaes are gorgeous but very impractical in hot weather (the ice cream melts quickly and gets everywhere). The taste is good but nothing special, and the value for money is disappointing: the cones are sparsely filled for the price. The ordering system, however, is flawless.

Excellent ice cream, and the service is as welcoming and friendly as ever. Ordering is now quicker and easier thanks to the kiosks. I fell in love with the milkshake and the delicious (and thick) whipped cream that comes with it. Thank you for your hard work!

An excellent ice cream shop that I highly recommend! Despite a huge rush and an impressive crowd, the manager greeted us with a smile from beginning to end. He remained professional, warm, and very attentive, without ever losing his good humor. One small detail that really stood out to me: just as my ice cream was about to be ready, I had to change my baby's diaper in the middle of a heatwave. By the time I'd taken care of it, my ice cream had completely started to melt. I asked if it would be possible to remake it, and he agreed without the slightest hesitation. A few moments later, a new ice cream was prepared for me, again with a smile. This is a gesture of goodwill that is becoming rare and demonstrates a true sense of service and customer satisfaction. The ice creams were delicious, and the service was impeccable. A big thank you to the manager and the entire team for their kindness and professionalism. We will definitely be back!
