Even table number 42 was great for someone from Saint-Étienne (Loire region).

I am a discerning epicurean, a former chef for 15 years, and I worked in a 3-Michelin-starred restaurant.
You pleasantly surprised me with your dishes; the flavors, the balance of seasoning, the texture, and the presentation... it had been a long time since I had experienced such pleasure, both in taste and in sight.
A pizzeria worthy of a fine dining establishment.
We will gladly return.

The atmosphere and service are decent.
The pizza is relatively good, but there's way too much salad. It's clear the salad is there to avoid adding more toppings like ham or cheese. The prosciutto wasn't anything special, and the burrata was really small. Then again, maybe I just didn't choose the most interesting pizza on the menu. Frankly, it's not bad, but it's not amazing either.
