I can't help but leave a review, and God knows how long I've been a regular customer at this establishment. Everything is perfect. The food is impeccable because Dégga is the only place that makes kebabs like this, horizontally and over a wood fire. The staff are incredibly attentive. You can say what you want about street food, but this is something else entirely. In other words, and more precisely, this establishment takes special care to pamper its customers, ensuring a relaxing experience. But above all, and because it's a restaurant, it takes you on a journey with its horizontally cooked, wood-fired kebab, irresistible and totally incomparable, even if that's just my opinion. Try it and you'll be hooked. And I tell you, the staff are incredibly attentive, the cooking is straightforward and unpretentious, and between serving kebabs, Bouvier Iyer, the head chef, is... No, no, don't worry, I'm coming. And I just wanted to say that the chef who's preparing the spit-roast right in front of you—and we can only speak of preparations here, because it's truly an art form—I highly recommend it; it's simply exceptional. I've tried everything in Europe, and my one and only Checkpoint is Anatolie Saint-Étienne. For those who have experienced true service and the pleasure of dining, I obviously recommend it. You'll understand.

The food is very good, the portions are very generous, and the service and welcome are excellent.

Not at all pleasant, the kebab tastes like wood, and there's absolutely no difference between the maxi and the regular size (except for the price, of course). A real Saint-Étienne kebab, that's what it is. As people from Lyon, I can tell you they've ruined the kebab.

The meat is very good with a smoky flavor, thanks to the wood fire, however the sandwich was barely warm and the fries were cheap frozen from the supermarket, which is a shame.
