Great place, very friendly and efficient welcome! In the kitchen, faultless from starter to dessert. Taste, classics and perfect execution. (Plates to share would be a plus) The only downside is the customers who leave the front door open. Hoping they don't do the same at home... A bellboy would be a plus. But thank you anyway, it was great!

For an average price of around €50, you benefit from excellent value for money, ideal for an uncompromising gourmet outing. The service is impeccable, both attentive and discreet, adding a touch of professionalism that completes the experience. As for the decoration, it combines simplicity and modernity, with warm colors which create a friendly and warm atmosphere. In summary, whether for the quality of the food, the welcome or the atmosphere, Gill Côté Bistrot is an address not to be missed. A table that I highly recommend!

24/12/2025: I usually help out by taking the time to leave reviews, whether positive or negative, and I'm rarely disappointed 😞 We booked this establishment for a work-related cooking session with colleagues. We were surprised to find there was only one chef for eight people, in a tiny 10m² kitchen where you could barely move around... for a workshop where we were all supposed to be cooking... it wasn't ideal. The hygiene was a bit questionable... and that's putting it mildly. I still want to thank the chef who went out of his way to offer us, with limited resources, a pretty good menu and pleasant service. This didn't stop us from having a good evening. A mixed review, but worth reading to improve the service for future customers.
