Anga sur Montpellier

While in Montpellier for a few hours, we discovered Anga via the Michelin website and decided the day before our visit to reserve a table for lunch there. The experience was truly flawless from start to finish, from the room, to the service and of course the kitchen... everything was impeccable. Excellent products offered with technique and a very beautiful finish on the plate, you will have something for your taste buds I assure you. Served in the dining room by Valentin and his good humor, he took great care throughout the lunch in addition to providing very good advice on wine. The concept of the restaurant with a local and environmentally conscious approach is also a real plus which allows it to stand out. All with excellent value for money. I can only recommend this address if you want to get away from it all for a moment.

A restaurant to absolutely discover! the welcome is perfect, from the wine advice to the tasting of the dishes... Everything is a real pleasure :) I love going there with my son as soon as he returns to Montpellier.

Everything was perfect, both the dishes were delicious and very original, the wine matched perfectly, and the service was impeccable and very friendly, we were given perfect details of the different flavors. The atmosphere was calm and cozy, exactly what you need to enjoy the different dishes. A great time.

Cuisine raffinée et service impeccable ! Le menu se décline en plusieurs temps (possibilité d'accord mets/vins) qui sont tous délicieux et très sophistiqués. Le côté "surprise" du menu rajoute au plaisir de dégustation. Possibilité d'un menu 100% végétariens qui n'est pas du tout au rabais comme c'est le cas dans de nombreux restaurants ! Les vins sont pour la plus part locaux et les serveurs connaissent très bien la carte des vins. Nous y sommes déjà allés plusieurs fois à la fois pour des motifs persos ou pros et nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

When I booked I made a mistake. I used the word vegetarian instead of vegan so when I arrived the waiter informed me that none of the dishes were suitable. I was disappointed and the waiter was also disappointed but he brought me some water and some wine. Then he organised something different with the chefs. I was surprised, excited and very appreciative. Service like this was exceptionally good. The Ånga x Beaulieu team made my evening fantastic. The food was delicious and I would return here once more when I visit Montpellier and will tell everyone who will listen about my experience.

The dishes were incredible, good, refined, the portions perfect. The atmosphere allowed us to have a truly special time and relax. The server was very professional and pleasant. And all this at a more than affordable price for a restaurant of this quality. Thanks for everything!
