We only ate here. The food was very tasty, but the service was very tense. This created a bad atmosphere throughout the room. Also, the acoustics were so bad that it was very loud.

A great welcome from all the teams, the room was very well equipped and perfectly clean. I really appreciated the kindness and advice of Samy, the very kind bartender.

Didn't stay in the hotel but we visited the bar a few times, loved it! Best bar in Mongenevre 🙌🏼 The bar staff Tomas and Sammy were legends and masters of their craft 👏 Great location too, next to nursery slope so kids can sledge while you enjoy a fine refreshing beverage 👌🏼

Absolutely charming. The staff are very kind and attentive.

The four-hand massage with Cali and Zoé: FANTASTIC. They transport you to another world, you lose all sense of direction… Same pressure, one finishes, the other starts again, you no longer know who is who. In short, AMAZING.

Special mention to Thomas at the bar who brightened our evening, a true master of cocktails and an incredible knack for connecting with people. Thanks again!

A very nice hotel in an exceptional location. We stayed for four days and had a pleasant stay. The only slight drawback was the breakfast, which wasn't great—not very varied and with little choice. It's a shame, unlike the Chalet Blanc hotel (same building), which is incomparable. It's a pity, but I still have a wonderful experience. Thank you.
