Anova Restaurant sur Montgenevre

Loved our week long stay here. Perfectly located for skiing. Thinking about returning next year already.

A very pleasant stay in this hotel where the majority of the staff are very cheerful and friendly! A warm, beautiful and very family-friendly place. The only downsides being the "hidden charges" as well as the consistency of the comments made by the different members of the staff at the restaurant. All prices displayed are excluding VAT and therefore at the end of your stay the surprise is total when you realize that a few dozen euros have been added without having been informed beforehand. The bad experience of our stay was the Tbone. It is clearly indicated at the end of the evening menu that a supplement of €10 is added to the bill if we order a Tbone (Why not inform us of this under the dish directly?) We then ask at midday if it is also the case since nothing is indicated in the lunch menu about a possible additional cost. We are told that no extra charge will be asked if we order it at midday and well, we saw €20 added for our 2 Tbones to our room bill... Generally speaking, for half board/full board the menu is not very clear. You may or may not choose this or that dessert even though they appear in the same list as those you can choose. I think it would be beneficial to clarify the card on the financial point and according to the pension but also according to what you can or cannot take depending on your pension again. It would also have been desirable to offer one soft serve per meal or per day free of charge for full board. Otherwise, allow 150/200€ more on your budget for a one-week stay if you want to drink something other than water, which is free! Despite everything, the stay was pleasant and the link remains a magnificent place that I recommend to you but by being more informed :)

Magnifique emplacement, bon accueil, bien situé, cuisine inventive, chambres au top, what else ?

Le lieu est vraiment agréable et le personnel attentif et attentionné. La partie spa est parfaitement entretenue. Les plats du restaurant étaient très bons et le prix abordable. Nous reviendrons !

Appartement propre et confortable. Piscine, hammam, sauna, jaccuzzi. Tout ce que j'aime.

Expérience relativement plaisante : - 1 savon pour 4 - Dîner : pâtes extrêmement sèches, sans beurre. Lendemain : beurre en morceau non fondu - Repas midi arrivée à 13h45: proposition de charcuterie -> cuisine fermée / pas d’autres proposition (bébé de 2 ans) - serveuse non bienveillante avec les clients, levés de yeux au ciel, soufflement... - nuggets pâtes -> un morceau de beurre (30g) posé dans les pâtes (pas fondu) - Diner adulte : 21h30 : qu’un woke à la truite ou assiette de charcuterie… - n’a plus de fromages, donc pas de fondue - SPA : piscine froide, sauna qui ne marche pas, trop de monde, pas de verre, attente de 30min - Pas d’eau chaude dans la douche, aucune proposition

Un superbe week End dans un établissement relevé par le goût de son directeur. Mercii !

Un hôtel magnifique avec une vue incroyable et un grand spa cosy : si vous voulez passer le WE de vos rêves : réservez tout de suite une chambre dans ce bel endroit ! Montgenèvre est une magnifique station qui offre un large choix d'activités à tous les âges et c'est à 2 pas de l'Italie ! Je recommande à 200%
