I had a raw tuna sandwich and I didn't like the taste of the tuna at all. And it was wet. Didn't like it at all. On the other hand, I had already had a pastry and it was good. That's why I gave it 3 stars, to balance it out.

Very beautiful little cakes. I was only able to try the apple galette des rois. I'm quite disappointed. I thought it was apple frangipane but in fact it was just applesauce. It looked more like a big apple turnover. So too bad. But the lamination is very good. The cookie is really not great, too sandy.

Depending on the days and the teams, I recommend wholemeal bread, sandwiches and pies. Particular mention is made of the kindness and competence of Miss Kin, without forgetting the rest of the team. Baking is a difficult job.
