Bakery which has become my favorite bakery; largely thanks to Dominique & Chantal who systematically welcome me warmly. A service like you rarely see! Thank you, keep it up!!!

Lovely place with friendly staff. The croissant was excellent as was their apple infused version. It's very busy and popular in the neighborhood.

Delicious products (especially the pain au chocolat ^^) Very pleasant welcome and service!!

I honestly don't understand the criticisms made of this bakery. As a regular customer, I am very satisfied with the service, the products, the bread, and the friendliness of the staff. I often go there at the end of the day and I am greeted with a “Good evening” and “thank you, have a good evening”. I don't think the bad reviews are justified, it's one of the best bakeries in the neighborhood!

Quality bread, too bad the reception always leaves something to be desired...

Hello everyone, everyone The Antoine bakery is the best I've been to today. The quality of the products is magnificent. However. For some time there has been a saleswoman who is always at the checkout, a blonde in her fifties. The latter particularly shocked me today. Indeed, a willing, pleasant and smiling young girl serves me a ham and cheese panini (which I love!), she “forgot” to put a napkin. It really doesn't matter. This remark was made by this blonde lady, in a very aggressive manner. Even I felt attacked and embarrassed. The smiling saleswoman retorts that it’s a panini with an air of “Why don’t you talk to me like that in front of customers”. The blonde lady retorts coldly, haughtily “so what? ". Being an HR professional, this behavior shocks me even more. Where is the human value? Why talk like that? It's unfair and nasty. It made my heart ache for this young girl. I didn't say anything, but I think this lady understood my look very well. It would be a question of reviewing her mode of communication for this lady in order to honor the products presented, but also to respect her work colleagues. Best regards Louisa Katarynezuk

Lovely staff! We tried at first to speak in french but the girl saw us struggling and was so nice and spoke with us in english. She gave us excellent recommendations on what to try from the bakery 😉 and also taught us the correct way to pronounce “galette des rois”. Definitely will come back soon!

Nous sommes venus tous les jours pendant un voyage scolaire avec 82élèves, l'équipe a été réactive, accueillante et au petit soin pour satisfaire tous les régimes spéciaux des élèves. La qualité est clairement présente, sandwichs et pâtisseries ont été excellents !

Nous sommes venus avec 82 lycéens et 6 accompagnateurs depuis Toulouse jusqu'à Paris pour un voyage pédagogique durant 5 jours. Nous avons eu des déjeuners préparés avec amour, et même des plats adaptés aux régimes spécifiques. Tout était excellent, le personnel était aux petits soins tous les jours. Bravo à toute l'équipe et un énorme merci !!!!! VPacaud

Le pain très bon et la pâtisserie aussi. J'ai essayé quelques quiches et de madeleines aussi bonnes. Le personnel très gentil.
