Un choix de ce restaurant parmi d autres pour sa cuisine et son étoile. Personnel très agréable et compétent. Nous avons choisi des plats à la carte : ris de veau et millefeuille. 2 mises en bouche excellentes et mignardises avec le café top. J avais offert ce repas à mon époux pour son anniversaire que n a pas manqué de célébrer la maîtresse de maison !

The meal is of very high quality. The different dishes are exquisite and the quantities are perfect. We were served by the manager of the place who is very welcoming and who takes the time with her customers.

For years, we have been loyal customers of Apicius. Each visit is an exceptional culinary experience. The cuisine is simply incredibly delicious, the presentation of the dishes is perfect, the warm welcome… I highly recommend this restaurant See you soon !!!

Une expérience unique a la découverte des gouts avec les amuse bouche et le menu Apicius, les intitulés des plats amènent l'esprit et les papilles a travailler. Mon préféré fut le consommé de cepes emulsion a la truffe et trompette de la mort destructurée : un gout impressionnant et intense qui donne simplement envie de découvrir la suite. Que dire du filet de boeuf au foie gras et sa sauce : une tuerie si l'on peut s'exprimer ainsi !!!! Farandole de gout et découverte de ce restaurant qui bien sur ne peut etre que unique expérience mais qui donne envie d'etre partagée et que d'autres personnes puisse découvrir ce qu'est de la cuisine d'exception !!!! Merci en tout cas de nous avoir fait partager votre savoir faire !!!!

01/11/2024: Delicious and friendly, near the cathedral. To do again
01/11/2024: Super nice place with a quiet and sunny terrace, facing the cathedral. Very good bistro cuisine, no disappointment. Special mention for the ginger crumble, a treat. We had a great time discovering Clermont Ferrand. Go for it !

24/07/2024: This place is magnificent the dishes its garnished everything is homemade it is delicious the waiter and the chef his adorable funny and welcoming very responsive the cleanliness and present visited and had a pleasant time
07/07/2024: Very nice restaurant discovered by chance. Beautiful terrace in a neighborhood that is quiet although very close to Place Dellile. The service is of rare quality. I really enjoyed the hearty and excellently prepared meal. I will come back with pleasure.
