A wonderful discovery in La Baule! The galettes at Ar Poul Gwen are truly excellent, carefully prepared and bursting with flavor. The staff is exceptionally pleasant, welcoming, and incredibly kind, making the experience even more enjoyable. You immediately feel at ease. I highly recommend this establishment to all lovers of good Breton galettes. We will gladly return!

For 16 years now, we've been loyal customers of this crêperie. Every weekend in La Baule, it's a must, our little ritual. Last year, when we saw they were no longer there, we really felt like La Baule had lost something... and we, our anchor. So what a joy to see them back! They've seen us grow, evolve, arrive as a couple, then with our first child, and now with our second. Long live you, and thank you for being part of our memories all these years. ❤️

Finally, they're back! A great, slightly unusual crêperie because you eat with your fingers. A wonderful welcome and delicious crêpes. And last year: disappointment!! Change of ownership! Less good crêpes and a less friendly atmosphere. We didn't go back! BUT THIS YEAR EVERYTHING IS BACK TO NORMAL: JUST LIKE BEFORE!! I highly recommend this crêperie where you can pay by credit card (which wasn't always the case).

I went there yesterday to try a crêpe without knowing exactly what I wanted, and after explaining my preferences to the owner, he made me a lemon butter crêpe. I'm writing this review to say that this crêpe was the best—and I mean the very best—I've ever eaten! And I mean it. I definitely plan to go back to Paris to take all my friends and family there. 😊 I highly recommend it! P.S.: Don't miss out on the selection of sweet crêpes they offer; they're delicious! 😋 P.S.: I would have liked to add a photo to show you, but I ate them all. Sorry!

28/05/2026: We spent three nights in this very well-located hotel, just steps from the sea and the city center. It was very clean, with excellent soundproofing between rooms. The management and staff were very friendly and attentive to their guests. The rooms are not air-conditioned, but you can request a fan. We would gladly return.
24/05/2026: It is our 4th time in La Baule, we love the region. :) The location is a plus. Unfortunately, the parking lot cannot accommodate 15 cars as I read in another review; we were lucky enough to be able to park for two days, for the remaining 5 we had to pay for street parking. We chose this hotel for the parking to ensure a safe stay. The villas are beautiful but unfortunately very poorly insulated (our previous hotels were also Art Deco buildings but better insulated); we could hear the neighbors switching the buttons on and off... A major downside for us was that there was no air conditioning... it was so hot at night. Positive: very friendly management, good location...

20/03/2026: I love it. Very welcoming. It's best to book in the summer as the place fills up quickly.
