After a short hike, we stopped at the Arbezie brewery for a gourmet break! This legendary place is charming with its French-Swiss decor. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. We tasted the house specialty "griotte crème brûlée" and it was delicious.

We always enjoy returning to this unique hotel, built on the French-Swiss border. The cuisine, which showcases regional specialties, is always excellent. The mountain atmosphere is warm and authentic. The hotel, from the restaurant to the rooms, is carefully decorated with wood paneling and is full of anecdotes about the rich history of the Arbezie region. A must-see for a successful stay in the Jura!

The establishment bears its own history, on the border. Typical local cuisine, well-prepared. Friendly welcome. In a hiking setting, it's not great to find yourself sleeping along a national road, even if it's quiet in the middle of the night. Regarding the food service, the wait was too long. Low staff numbers in the summer, tourist attraction, rather long menu. Kudos to the staff who did their best.

On the recommendation of Fort des Rousses, we found ourselves in this charming restaurant, laden with accolades from "Le Routard" and other accolades 👍🏻. Its unique feature: being located on the Franco-Swiss border, at the old customs post. It's quite unusual 😊. Authentic, homemade cuisine, signature regional dishes (morbiflette, fondue, etc.), dishes with morels in generous portions, delicious homemade desserts (except for the ice cream), whole fish, local specialties—in short, I loved it. A relaxed, friendly atmosphere and attentive service made for a very pleasant meal. I highly recommend it.
