Arbez Franco-Suisse Restaurant sur Les Rousses

A very unique hotel with a fascinating history. The food was excellent, though a bit pricey. Breakfast was very basic. The cheese and cold cuts were rarely replenished. For many, it was just bread, jam, butter, cornflakes, and one type of yogurt, all for €12!

The food is good and the setting is pleasant, ideal after or before a hike.

A unique and historic house. You can see that about the building, but that's precisely what gives it its charm. We were just passing through and had a very pleasant stay.

We were delighted with our lunch at L'Arbezie! We had let them know we had a reservation at 2 pm at Fort des Rousses, and everyone made sure our meal went perfectly without any waiting. We appreciated the waitress's kindness towards our 5-year-old son. And above all, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal... It's been a long time since I've had such a wonderful meal in a restaurant! The trout with its morel sauce was excellent! If we're ever back in the area, we'll gladly return :)

We recently ate at this restaurant located on the Swiss border. The service was excellent, the portions were generous, and the fondue was truly exceptional! The mountain atmosphere is wonderful; the building has retained its original character, and the decor is authentic. It's a shame the hotel isn't properly maintained; the restaurant ceiling is falling apart and covered in mold.
