We recently ate at this restaurant located on the Swiss border. The service was excellent, the portions were generous, and the fondue was truly exceptional! The mountain atmosphere is wonderful; the building has retained its original character, and the decor is authentic. It's a shame the hotel isn't properly maintained; the restaurant ceiling is falling apart and covered in mold.

The restaurant is a legendary and welcoming place, but unfortunately, it's in very poor condition. The rooms are poorly renovated, the showers leak, there are stains on the ceiling, no jam in the morning, and guests have to step over snowdrifts to reach the reception area…
It's a shame; it could be so much better.

After a short hike, we stopped at the Arbezie brewery for a delicious break! This legendary spot is charming with its Franco-Swiss decor. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. We tried the house specialty, "cherry crème brûlée," and it was delicious.
