A well-located restaurant on the banks of the Neste. Simple and delicious cuisine. Welcoming and friendly staff. A place to remember if you're passing through Arreau. A bit of a wait, but on vacation, you have time 😊

A very pleasant experience. We came twice for a meal and once unplanned for just a beer, and we were both warmly welcomed. The food was very good, simple cuisine with a touch of originality. I highly recommend it.

We were lucky enough to discover this restaurant on the recommendation of the owner of the "Le Ruisseau" campsite where we're staying. We received a very warm welcome this lunchtime with two children, a baby, and a dog. The meal was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly attentive. We highly recommend this restaurant! 😉

Note: THERE WAS A CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP AND MENU TWO WEEKS AGO.
We went here based on the reviews and photos of food and menu, but upon seeing the menu when we got to the restaurant we were confused because it looked completely different with much higher prices (€20-30 for a main). The menu only has planches, salads, meat and fish. No vegetarian options and no meal deals. The photos you see here of the black board are not relevant anymore.
We unfortunately had to leave and couldn’t try the food because they didn’t serve vegetarian food. The staff was friendly.

We had dinner last night at this superb restaurant… The welcome was extremely warm and friendly… The setting is wonderful; we dined on a lovely terrace right in the heart of Arreau.
We were soothed by the sound of the little stream; it was very idyllic. The dishes were all excellent and generous, and the service was perfectly paced—neither too slow nor too rushed.
I recommend it 1000%!
