The rooms. First choose carefully. If you want a view with a balcony ask for one that faces to the back not one facing the front car park. Book many months in advance as the hotel is very popular and fully booked in August! It is one of the nicest in the area. We had room 6 (as a post booking requested upgrade from a window only room if a balcony room became available). The view was over the front and car park. When sitting on the balcony it was ok with 50% scenery the rest the dining room roof.

Adorable and welcoming staff, in a truly sublime, natural and soothing setting. A very gourmet restaurant and quality cuisine. The rooms are simple, pleasant and clean, well soundproofed and with a nice view (depending on the room I imagine).

Quite frankly, even if you look hard, nothing negative. Quiet location with magnificent view, super clean and beautiful room, welcoming and attentive staff. Breakfast with lots of choice. I never give 5 stars but here.... it's deserved!

Great weekend for mom's 90th birthday. We were 33 adults and children, great welcome, great rooms, private room and good meals. Truly a place to discover without hesitation.

Great stay! Good welcome. Quiet and comfortable room with all the necessary amenities. Hotel ideally located with a breathtaking view of the Puy de Dôme. Very good dinner with local products. We recommend!

Nous avons dîné dans le restaurant alors que nous passions la nuit dans l'hôtel. Service efficace, rapide et agréable. Plats très corrects mais sans originalité. Salle un peu bruyante mais néanmoins agréable.

De passage petite halte en soirée en ce dimanche soir de soirée plancha. La vue y est chouette sur le Puy de Dome mais dans l’assiette c’est tres moyen pour 25€ sans boisson. A noter que le prix des boissons est plutôt fourchette haute. Le buffet en lui même est tres léger, mais les mets sont bons coté plancha. Ce soir là, Saucisses auvergnates, merguez, saucisses et poulets marinés. Coté légumes uniquement des frites. En entrée un simple choix de taboulé ou de carottes rapés. Desserts, choix de gateaux décevants et plus de fruits pour nous (melon et pastèque étaient au programme en début de soirée mais pas remplacé).
