Quick service, lovely decor, pleasant atmosphere. I tried the Iron juice, excellent and well-balanced. The salmon salad was fresh, well-composed, and well-seasoned. Just one small issue: the music was a bit too loud.

My favorite place in Lyon for a stress-free breakfast, brunch, or light lunch. A relaxing, bright spot right in the city center where you can linger unhurriedly (even with your laptop if you prefer) and, above all, choose from a variety of sweet and savory options, both plant-based and non-plant-based, catering to all tastes, even when you're in a group with different dietary needs. The Smashed Goodness (smashed avocado on whole wheat toast with fresh and confit cherry tomatoes and a few sprouts) and the Protein Power (banana, date, peanut butter, and cinnamon smoothie... a little sweet but dense and delicious) are excellent, but the Banana Bread, Avo Salmon, and Granola are also delicious. The criticisms I read about the slow service seem a bit hasty, perhaps from people who have simply misunderstood the concept of the place or who have no understanding of the staff preparing orders. It's true that you have to wait a few minutes because the dishes are assembled on the spot (starting with fresh pre-prepared ingredients), but the Arctic is a place for those who want to enjoy a moment of peace, not for those who are pressed for time. Prices aren't cheap, but they're in line with other places in the area. I wanted to post a photo of the food... but when it arrives, it's so tempting that I can't resist and eat it right away ;-)

Perfect for a quick and healthy break

The dishes are healthy yet still very tasty and flavorful. There's enough variety to keep things interesting, and the juices and coffees are truly excellent. The atmosphere is friendly and pleasant, and the service is quick.

Push open the door and step inside, leaving the hustle and bustle of the city behind. This place exudes serenity with its soothing background music and exquisite decor. The food is delicious, beautiful, and fresh. The service is friendly and welcoming. The perfect Lyon experience. We highly recommend stopping by and taking the time to savor it. A truly wonderful discovery.
