A very good restaurant in the heart of Bonifacio. The team is very welcoming, the explanations on the dishes are great!!! And on the plate... It's just very, very good!!! The appetizer immediately puts us in the mood. Thank you!!! We had a blast!!

The welcome was excellent, the dishes succulent, the warm atmosphere, truly a success! All the dishes on the menu are described by the restaurant team, each one as interesting as the last. Fabulous, don't hesitate to open the door (which is also surrounded by Gault&Millau years). Both by the friendliness of the servers and by the quality of the meal, this place is absolutely worth trying.

De passage à bonifacio en famille nous avons réservé dans ce super restaurant gastronomique. nous avons envie de nous faire plaisir et de passer un agréable moment … ce qui a été parfaitement réussis. Nous avons été accueilli avec le sourire par le propriétaire du restaurant , nous avons été installé a notre convenance , la décoration est minimaliste, cosy et distinguée . Les serveurs sont particulièrement attentionnés , de bonne humeur …ils travaillent avec passion et ça fait plaisir à voir . Nous avons choisis un apérif et 2 entrées à partager : Foie Gras de canard Poêlé à partager en toute simplicité Lobster Roll de Langouste Royale façon Aria Nova S’en ai suivis de 3 plats : Souris d'Agneau Confite en 8h au Miel Corse Filet de Boeuf Simmental à la truffe et sa sauce au vin rouge Taglionio à l'Encre de seiche aux Grosses Palourdes Ce fut un régale pour nos papilles Je n’ai jamais mangé une souris d’agneau aussi délicieuse Nous avons craqué pour 3 desserts également Le digestif offert par la maison Merci infiniment pour ce dîner hors du commun Merci pour votre professionnalisme …
