We had a wonderful evening on Saturday, March 7th, for my parents' diamond wedding anniversary. We opted for the tasting menu, a six-course experience. It included two appetizers worthy of a Michelin star, a delightful blend of flavors, followed by a very refined fish course with some truly amazing culinary discoveries. Next came a meat course, always exciting and delicious, a delight to discover and savor. Finally, two desserts that were a real treat, along with petit fours served with coffee and amuse-bouches to start. 🍀🙏❤️😀 A word of advice: don't eat too much at lunchtime if you're planning to dine there in the evening! The welcome was warm, professional, and attentive, and the owners are passionate and always engaged in lively discussions about their work. Honestly, we're so lucky to have such a magnificent restaurant in our area.

Our first experience was on January 28th, and what a memorable one it was! The restaurant was excellent, with dishes combining refined presentation and exceptional flavor combinations. The "discovery" menu is definitely worth exploring, offering a series of delightful surprises to tantalize our taste buds. The service was attentive and impeccable! In the end, our conversation with the very engaging chef confirmed our desire to return very soon. Thank you all!

Excellent restaurant. Inventive and very refined cuisine using local products; the combinations are subtle. The presentation of the dishes is magnificent. Furthermore, the tableware is beautiful and perfectly suited to the dishes served. Impeccable white tablecloths and napkins. In fact, my friends and I go once a month to one of the gourmet restaurants in and around Pau. And last night we concluded that this was the best. Go there if you're a foodie; you won't be disappointed. Bravo to the chef, his wife in the dining room, and the entire team.
