We loved this restaurant; its Michelin star is no surprise. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The menu was just right, and the quality of the food and the combination of flavors were sublime. We'll definitely be back.

On this eclipse evening, we had a wonderful time at the Arraditz restaurant in Lescar. Delicious gourmet cuisine, a very pleasant setting, and warm service, all at an excellent price.
We opted for the 5-course tasting menu at €65, and we highly recommend it. Each dish was a delightful discovery, with perfectly balanced flavors and a true sense of cohesion throughout the meal.
Special mention to the Chef, who takes the time to thank his guests with genuine warmth and sincerity.
You can feel the genuine passion and dedication of the people here.

It was a truly delightful and enjoyable experience with my partner. We ordered the full menu, including appetizers, main courses, and dessert. It was absolutely delicious; the food was excellent. The setting was lovely both inside and out. The staff was attentive and pleasant, offering helpful advice and guidance on the extensive and varied wine list. The chef took the time to thank the customers and was very welcoming.
I highly recommend this restaurant!

We'd heard about it, it took us a while to get here, but what a discovery! A burst of flavors and textures in every bite, with fresh, local ingredients, in a calm and welcoming atmosphere... The staff were incredibly attentive, and the chef took the time to chat with the customers... We can't wait to go back! Don't hesitate to support this kind of establishment where they cook with real passion!

A true gourmet restaurant, with top-notch service, original and beautifully presented seasonal cuisine. A three-course evening menu, including amuse-bouches and petits fours, is under €50 – we couldn't find better around Pau. Go for it!
