We took the discovery menu, at a price of 74 euros per person, concocted by the chef. It was impossible to give the trifecta of dishes as well as the processed product and the way, everything was perfect. The service is professional and attentive, you feel the love and generosity at every moment and in every bite.
This place deserves a 6 out of 5!
We are newly imported from Belgium to Pau and we found our address there😊

If you are looking for a great gourmet restaurant near Pau, we advise you to go directly to Arraditz!!
The chef offers you dishes of character, elaborate and tasty!
The desserts made by Madame are simply wonderful!
(Special mention for the dessert on 02/14/24 around the yozu..... a real heart of ❤)
The wines are excellent and you will be well advised by the sommelier!
A point of improvement? Suggest a little food and wine pairing! And everything would be perfect 👌

Nous nous sommes régalés des amuses bouches jusqu'aux mignardises. Un restaurant où le service laisse le temps aux convives de passer un moment hors du temps, et de savourer des plats riches en goût et très travaillés. Bravo au chef qui se bat dans un contexte compliqué dans le milieu de la restauration et le manque cruel de personnel.
