One of the best pizzerias I've discovered in Troyes, or even in France (I'm no expert in the field, though). But if you're ever in Troyes, I highly recommend it. My favorite is the Bolognese. I had the Bolognese once while passing through in 2018, if I remember correctly, and this time I tried it again. It's still just as good; it brings back some of my fond memories of Troyes.
