Art café sur Strasbourg

We arrived in the museum while it was closed for lunch till 14:00 . With heatwave outside of 37 c we were really desperate not to go back out and were suggested this caffe. We font speak french and were not really hungry so had no idea how it would go. We asked if we can just order coffee and received a super warm welcome . One if the servers spike really good english and was super kind. I asked about smoked salmon salad and when she learned i was not very hungry i was offered a half portion for 10 euros. It was such a good choice. One if the best if not the best dish if this kind i have had. Good quality smoked salmon delicious potato roti fresh salad. Big thank you to this place and staff for helping us survive the heat

The staff were very courteous and professional, especially when dealing with a certain arrogant (even insulting) Chinese customer. After receiving the menu, the woman was offended to have to wait while the waitress attended to customers who had arrived shortly before her! When you have money, you start by buying yourself some manners! A very beautiful museum, and a very warm welcome! I will return!

The best brunch in the area, and I do not mean this lightly. You can reserve online and hassle-free for one of the best open buffets in the area that get constantly refreshed, there are equally great selections of savory, warm, cold, sweet and charcuterie as well as cold and hot drinks. Best service team ever in Strasbourg, and gorgeous terrace area. Perfect stop to pair with the museum visit, and again, by far one of the top three brunch selections in the region.

While I enjoy lunch at Art Café, I was very disappointed by their Sunday brunch. For the price, the quality of both the savory and sweet dishes was lacking. Nothing seemed homemade. The cold dishes weren't too bad, but the hot dishes were very disappointing: the scrambled eggs were undercooked or powdered, and the lasagna was poorly prepared. Only the gratin dauphinois and the sausages were enjoyed by our friends. As for the hot drinks: decaf was extra, and the coffee was "American"...
