This is our favorite restaurant! We're never disappointed. The service is impeccable without being stuffy. The owner is very friendly. The food is excellent and generous. The presentation of the dishes is refined.

A simple and warm welcome from a charming, very professional, and never intrusive lady. We immediately felt at ease! The meals were delicious from start to finish. Special mention for the prunes in red wine—absolutely divine! After tasting my husband's speculoos ice cream, it was so good that I ordered some to take home. 😘 As for value for money, €39 for a generous menu is very reasonable. An excellent place; I'm already looking forward to returning well before my holidays next year!

A superb discovery! We dined for two, but reservations are essential as it's a very popular restaurant. We enjoyed two set menus at €67 each, with wine pairings for every course. We'll definitely be back... delicious and very reasonably priced for such high quality.

The staff were very welcoming, the service was attentive and refined, the cuisine was beautifully presented, the wines were varied and very pleasant, and the atmosphere was friendly.
We will gladly return if we are ever in Bray-Dunes again.

We went to L'Art de l'Eau today to conclude our holiday. We enjoyed a delicious set menu with sea bream, duck, scallops, and more. It was a real treat. We will definitely be back to try other delicious dishes.
