I've been coming to this establishment for several months now. All the products are excellent, especially the breads, a delight every time. It's a real pleasure to be able to taste such products. However, I can't say the same about some of the people who serve us. You feel like you're bothering them and that you almost have to know what you want before walking through the doors. So, to discover new things with this rushed service, you'll have to come back... It's a shame because the service is just as important as the quality of the products offered.

Even though it's true that the price is slightly higher (I'm not including chains where the bread is edible when fresh but not storable), I don't regret the quality!! Wow! I've been wanting to go there for so long... done and to be done again.... Several things to say: I'll start with the gourmet side: Perfect! The pastries are just delicious, refined, fine, tasty, we enjoyed ourselves! All the flavors are balanced, not too sweet either so not overwhelming! Wonders for our taste buds! Concerning the prices, yes it's a little expensive, more expensive than the other pastries but honestly given the taste quality it doesn't shock me any more than that.... it's more the quantity itself, the individual pastries are small in my opinion....(Except for the pistachios and pecan trompes oeil which seems more generous to me...) Yes, it’s delicious and we would like to have a little more to really savor these little wonders! Foodies? 2 solutions: either you stay hungry or you decide to put your hand in your wallet.... In any case, having tasted the 2 trompes-oeils and the 2 large cookies I am won over!!!!!!! THANKS ! More negative point: Reception and sympathy not great on the other hand, for the time that I wanted to discover this pastry, I arrived, visually amazed, I let the customers pass so that I can take the time to discover all the pastries offered and make my choices (there are people so I do not want to keep all the customers waiting) The very "mechanical" and hurried side of the saleswomen quickly makes us lose the magic of the pastries.... At the time it cooled me down a little (but the tasting quickly made me forget the rest) Be careful with his lack of warmth in his advice smile....this is not at all like your pastries which are quite the opposite.... So maybe we can put it down to the fact that we were there on a Saturday morning with a lot of people..... I'll give the benefit of the doubt and will try again next time and won't hesitate to change my opinion.... Suggestions: pk do not make available on Facebook insta or other everything that you offer (with or without prices) it can give customers an idea of ​​what you are offering, to know in advance what they want and therefore save time. I was also told about the pizzas which would be delicious but I did not see them and did not take/had the time to discover the savory part that you offer....
